Detailed Production Process
1. Fabric Selection & Product Consultation
Select your fabric or allow us to source it for you. Consult with us via phone, email, or in person at our factory to discuss the products, fabrics, and prices.
2. Models & Styles
Choose your model (e.g., T-shirt, Dress, Pants) and style (e.g., Acid Wash T-Shirt). Our team is here to guide you through the details.
3. Pattern Making/Sample
Our sample-making team will help create your patterns. All samples are reviewed before production. You can also bring your own patterns to speed up the process. Your designs are kept confidential and secure.
4. Fabric Marking & Cutting
We ensure precise fabric marking and cutting according to the pattern design, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
5. Printing Options
– Small Screen (up to 40cm x 60cm): Rubber, Puff/High Build, Glitter, Rubber on Nylon, Plastisol, Fancy.
– Large Screen/Fabric Printing: Discharge, Pigment, Reactive, Gold Ink, Pigment on Micro Fiber.
– Sublimation Printing: Full-color printing on uncut fabrics digitally and heat pressed.
– DTF Printing (up to 35cm x 45cm): Digital printing on transfer paper then pressed onto the garment.
6. Sewing & Quality Control
Our skilled sewers meet high standards, with quality control checks to minimize rejects to less than 2%.
7. Ironing & Labels
Labels are stitched or printed based on your preferences. We offer custom label-making services.
8. Tags & Packaging
Final products are tagged and packed into boxes, ready for shipping. We offer custom tag-making services as well.
9. Production Length
Production timelines depend on quantity and complexity. We can produce up to 5,000 pieces per month, considering existing production schedules.
10. Shipping
While we don’t ship under our name, we recommend reliable shipping companies like PT. Lima Jari Cargo.
11. Down Payment (Deposit)
50% deposit before we commence the sampling process.
