You may select and bring in your own fabric or let us to get the fabrics for you, however we are only able to purchase the fabrics that are available in Bali. You may contact us by phone, email or simply coming to our factory to consult about the products you would like to produce as well as the fabrics and the prices.

Choose your model that will be produced, this could be a T-shirt, Long Pants, a Dress, a Singlet, etc. Then the style of that model, for example an Acid Wash T-Shirt. Speak to us for more details.

We have a team of pattern making who will be able to help you in creating your own patterns. All samples created by us will be shown and reviewed before starting the production. You may also bring your own patterns or samples which will quicken the production. We will NEVER share or sell your patterns to other designers and will be kept at our factory.

The next step is to cut the fabrics into the pattern’s design. Here we control the quality and process of the fabric cutting.

Sewing is one of the most important procedures in creating a garment, which is also important for us to control the quality of the sewing we do. We have selected the sewers who can meet our standards and by keeping the quality control check will always minimize our ‘reject products’ down to no fault. Depending on the difficulty of the production we can guarantee the maximum of the rejects will be 2% of the production.

Labels will then be stitched or printed on to the products, depending on your preferences. Speak to us about making the labels.

The last step is to tag the products and pack them into boxes ready to be shipped or delivered to your destination. You may provide your own or speak to us about making your own tags.

Depending on the quantity and difficulty of the products. We are able to promise UP TO 5,000 pieces will be done per Month. This will also be considered if we have another customer which will share the production time.

We cannot ship the products under our name, however we can recommend a few shipping companies such as PT. Lima Jari Cargo and more.

We will require a 50% of deposit if we will have to purchase the fabrics for you. When you bring your own fabrics the deposit required will be 20% - 30% depending on the amount of order.
